Brandon Johnson serves as Lead Director and Partner for Soft Skills Matter, merging his financial coaching, investment acumen, and captivating public speaking to empower individuals. His expertise guides informed financial decisions, offers career growth advice, and creates transformative learning environments through tailored presentations, ensuring effective soft skills development for participants.

Elizabeth Hernandez

Consultant

With over ten years of experience managing categorical programs at both site and district levels, Elizabeth Hernandez demonstrates a deep understanding of the complexities and regulations associated with overseeing Title I-IV, VI, and Migrant Education grants. During her tenure at Santa Rosa City Schools, she coordinated compliance for all federal funds, including ESSER and Expanded Learning Opportunities grants. Known for her strength in compliance, Elizabeth has consistently played a pivotal role in the Office of State and Federal Programs, prioritizing support and guidance for site administrators and staff. Principals appreciate her friendly and knowledgeable approach as she assists with School Plans for Student Achievement, position control, and data analysis for student achievement. Drawing from her previous leadership roles, including assistant principal, TOSA, and site categorical coordinator, Elizabeth brings extensive experience in overseeing and reviewing instructional leadership and program evaluation. 

In collaborative efforts with stakeholders, Elizabeth organized and led the District Advisory Council, School Site Council, and ELAC committees, while contributing to the DELAC for two large districts. Throughout her diverse roles, she remains steadfast in promoting equitable learning opportunities for all students, actively listening to parents, staff, and community stakeholders.

Tony serves as Lead Administrator for Soft Skills Matters. Tony's expertise in software engineering, user experience design, and project management has enabled him to create high-quality solutions that precisely meet the unique needs of his clients. His ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner has been instrumental in fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders alike. With his extensive experience, technical expertise, and passion for delivering exceptional results, Tony Brackins is a trusted professional in the field of full-stack development, committed to exceeding  expectations and driving successful outcomes for every project he undertakes with Soft Skills Matter.
